Cheryl DeMarco, AIA brings over 30 years of experience to her clients. She grew up in the industry working at her father's Architecture/Engineering firm as a teenager. After college, she worked at a national architectural firm and was the firms first female Architect. The firm specializes in custom homes and large remodels, but also multi-family, mixed use, retail, restaurant, and ADA compliance. From contemporary to craftsman style, DeMarco Architect confidently works with engineers, contractors, city officials, and building inspectors. Understanding many construction methods, regional building styles and codes, ADA requirements and life safety.
