This LIdo Island home sits right on the harbor with sunset views and boat dock. It needed to be completely upgraded and remodeled. The new plan created an open first floor for large gatherings and to enjoy the views. A large 20' wide pocket sliding door was installed across the rear wall to take advantage of the views of the harbor. Master Suite was redesigned with a sliding doors that open to a private deck with sunset views and overlooking the harbor. Master Bathroom has a soaking tub, walk in shower, ample storage and even a coffee bar. Guest suite recieved a private ADA bathroom with direct elevator access. Electric charging station was added into the garage. Office has pocket glass sliders to allow privacy with a view or open them to the rest of home. It was a pleasure creating this home for this local family, who plan on enjoying it for years to come.
