Complete renovation and addition to pierside condo in the Huntington Pacific Condominium complex. Created an open floor plan by removing an interior wall, added additional closet space, enlarged a bathroom and added a shower, plus provided an interior niche for a high efficiency washer/dryer. Be sure to check out the "Before" photo as kitchen was small and enclosed. This project needed HOA approval and local permitting. Drawings and approvals were expedited with approvals obtained within weeks of starting.
